This block of townhouses needed a freshen up and On Top Roofing was contracted to replace the fascia, gutters and downpipes at the property. All works were carried out for the roof via harnesses with minimal disruption to occupiers. General roof maintnenance including replacment of vent pipe flashings and rotted fascia baords and installation of leaf mesh was also carried out.
